- This book was written by many different doctors and nutritionists working at Harvard, and had a plethora of information about good eating habits, and goes over the basics of what to eat / not to eat very well.

- This book is by a certified sports nutritionist, and is a great resource. If you’re worried about the amount of food you should be eating, and what to focus in on quantity / composition of meals, this will be a very useful book to read.

Tracking your calories, and what you’re doing across the day can be very useful towards achieving your goals. Here are some apps to help with that:

- Nutrition info – Gives you basic nutritional facts about different foods
